The Kichevo house has been handed over
Seven months after the first site visit, the 1961 house is dry, warm and ready to be lived in all year round.

The Kichevo site is complete and handed over. The project included a new roof structure, replacement of compromised masonry, a new reinforced concrete ring beam, a stone plinth and lime render across the whole façade.
The owners’ first reports show heating costs down by around 40% on the previous season — and that at noticeably higher indoor temperatures.
Our thanks to the family for their trust, and for their patience through several wet weeks in April.
