Village house in Kichevo

Full restoration of a 1961 brick house

A house left empty for seven years, with a leaking roof and a failed façade. We rebuilt the structure, raised a new hipped roof and gave the building its dignity back — in seven months.

Interior restoration of a 6.40 × 6.00 m room

A room with flaking plaster, a failed floor and an old single-glazed window. We uncovered and restored the original ceiling beams, laid oak flooring and fitted a new triple timber window.

Stone house — phase II

Restoration of a two-storey early-20th-century stone building

A two-storey stone house with original timber bays. Phase one — roof and structure — is complete. We are currently working on the façades and the joinery.
