The three Kavarna owners have approved the joint design
A rare case: three adjoining houses under one roof will be renewed at the same time, to one design and one programme.

After eight weeks of negotiation and three design revisions, the three owners of the terraced houses in the old part of Kavarna have signed a joint agreement.
The scheme covers replacing the shared roof, reinforcing the party walls and applying a single lime render across the whole street frontage. Each owner funds their own share, but the work is carried out as one site.
Construction begins in March next year.
