AMV Constructions is a team of builders, restorers and designers working mainly with older residential buildings — houses that deserve to stay standing rather than be demolished.
We started with individual house repairs in small settlements. Over time we specialised in the hardest part of the job — structural reinforcement and roofs, which is exactly where most buildings are lost.
Today we take projects end to end: survey, design, shell construction, façade restoration and finishing works. We work to a fixed quotation with a weekly photo report, so you know exactly how far the site has progressed.
We use materials the building can tolerate — lime plasters, timber structures, clay tiles and wood-fibre insulation. An old house wrapped in impermeable materials traps moisture and decays faster. It is a mistake we see often and never make.
