Lime or cement render: why the choice decides the fate of the wall
The most expensive mistake in renovating an old house costs under €1 per m² at the moment it is made. It gets paid for five years later.

We work with houses that time has weakened. We strengthen the structure, bring the character back to the façade and turn the building into a home ready for the generations to come.
Four principles behind every site we take on.
Survey, measured drawings and a clear schedule before the first hammer is raised. You always know what comes next.
Stone, timber, clay tiles and lime plaster — breathable materials that last for decades.
The detail makes the whole. Eaves, joinery, corners and joints are built to drawing, not by eye.
A fixed quotation, regular photo reports and a written guarantee on the work carried out.
Real houses, real schedules, real budgets. Drag to explore.
The same method on every site. No surprises, no hidden costs, no stalled builds.

We now make joinery, doors and roof components in-house — shorter lead times and full control over quality.
