About the project
The owners had a clear vision - not simply to update the house, but to transform it while keeping its character and bringing it closer to those beautiful Bulgarian homes that carry the feeling and spirit of a traditional Bulgarian house.
The challenge
The story of this project began long before the first day of work on site. It was precisely this brief - to renew the home without losing its character - that made finding the right contractor a real challenge for the owners. And the building itself did not spare us either: behind its initial appearance lay a number of problems that had to be resolved one by one.
The solution
After a long and careful search, the owners put their trust in AMV Constructions - not merely to renovate the house, but to understand their idea and turn it into reality. Every decision served one guiding aim: to make the home sounder, more functional and more beautiful, without losing the connection to the old Bulgarian style the owners were looking for.
The result
